In the context of a globalized, fluid and rapidly changing world economy, the overall goal of the project is to define policy options that will help create, attract, retain and mobilize digital opportunities that increase Canada's share of constantly shifting global production networks. The evidence to support new and innovative policies will be developed by the research team, through the active partnership between its academic members and the key partners in public, private and community organizations. The projected outcome is to provide the information base needed to make the critical decisions that will realize Canada's digital opportunity.
