Global Smart Disruptive Learning (GSDL)’s project is an application for the UNESCO Chairs Programme. It is an interdisciplinary research and development project that focuses primarily on the discipline of systems engineering, whose efforts cover the entire life cycle of the system and whose coherence mobilizes the whole theoretical corpus (engineering sciences, humanities, cognitive sciences, software engineering, etc.). Information technology and education are closely linked to UNESCO's intention to expand innovative learning opportunities among deprived populations
